Lisa founded Passion 4 Paws in 2015, driven by a lifelong passion for animals and a desire to offer the kind of care that truly feels like family.

After growing up surrounded by pets, she always knew she’d work with animals one day — and when the moment came, she made the brave decision to leave her previous career in fashion retail management behind. It was a leap, but it felt completely right. She saw that families in Berkshire needed a pet care service they could genuinely trust: warm, reliable, and rooted in real love for animals. So she set out to build exactly that.

As the business grew, Jamie found himself helping more and more — first supporting Lisa behind the scenes, then joining her on walks, and eventually becoming part of the daily rhythm of caring for pets. Quite the shift for someone who had spent years as an accountant in a suit and tie — suddenly trading spreadsheets for leads, treats, and muddy boots — but it felt surprisingly natural. There was a moment when it just clicked: this wasn’t simply helping out anymore, it was something they were building together. With his own love for animals and a natural fit for the work, joining Lisa officially felt like the next right step. From that point on, they became a true family‑run team, each bringing their own strengths but sharing the same heart for the pets they look after.

Together, their shared passion has shaped the way they care for every pet. They’ve always believed that great pet care is about more than walks and feeding — it’s about trust, consistency, and treating every animal as if they were part of their own family. With two super‑energetic Boxers of their own, they understand exactly how much pets mean to the people who love them. That’s why they focus on creating a personal, family‑run experience where pets feel safe, understood, and genuinely loved. At the same time, they take their responsibility seriously: fully insured, DBS checked, trained in canine first aid, and committed to being reliable and professional in everything they do. Their walks are enriching and varied, from peaceful woodland adventures to tailored routes that suit each dog’s needs. And above all, they build strong relationships with the families they support — communicating openly, showing up every day, and becoming a trusted part of their pets’ lives.

Today, that same passion continues to guide them — inspiring them to give every pet the kind of care they’d want for their own.
